HOW LONG WILL THE ACCOUNTING OFFICE KEEP MY TAX DATA?

The obligation to store data results directly from Polish law. Documents are returned at the end of the contract. The data of units with which the contract lasts more than 5 years are archived after the period specified in the Act.

WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS?

Fees for excess documents are charged depending on the variant of the contract. In the basic variant, the surcharge for each excess document amounts to PLN 10.

CAN THE CONTRACT BE NEGOTIABLE?

Each contract with our office can be negotiated.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SUBMIT DOCUMENTS TO THE OFFICE?

Documents should be submitted at least once a month, not later than by the 10th day of the month. We encourage you to exchange via cloud computing, which significantly improves the communication process.
